How does the AI assistant work?
Our AI assistant automatically responds to incoming leads 24/7. It engages visitors, asks qualifying questions about their real estate needs, and collects key information like budget, timeline, and property preferences. When a lead needs human attention or requests to speak with an agent, the system automatically escalates and notifies you.
How do I install the webchat widget?

Copy the widget code from your dashboard's "Channels" section and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website. The widget will appear automatically and start capturing leads.

If you use WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or another website builder, add the code to your site's footer section or use a custom code block.

What triggers an escalation to me?
The AI escalates conversations when:
  • A lead explicitly asks to speak with an agent
  • Fair Housing-related topics are mentioned
  • Legal or contractual questions arise
  • The AI detects frustration or urgency
  • Price negotiations are requested
  • The conversation involves sensitive topics
How do I add my listings?

You can add listings in two ways:

  1. URL Scraping: Enter your listings page URL and our AI will automatically extract property details.
  2. CSV Import: Upload a spreadsheet with your listings. Download our template to see the expected format.

Once added, the AI will use your listings to recommend properties to leads based on their preferences.

Can I customize the AI's responses?
The AI uses standardized, compliance-focused responses to ensure consistent quality and Fair Housing compliance across all conversations. This is part of our "Consistency Over Customization" philosophy that protects both you and your leads. However, you can customize your service areas and the properties the AI recommends.
How do I get notified of new leads?
You'll receive email notifications for:
  • New lead conversations (optional)
  • Escalations requiring your attention
  • Daily summary reports with lead statistics

You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your conversations and lead information are isolated to your account only. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties. All AI conversations are logged for compliance purposes.
